About Me
I’m Kaylee, a leadership student and customer relations professional by day, and a health-conscious habit-changer by night. As I finish my Bachelor of Arts in Leadership, I’m also facing the unique challenge of losing weight while navigating the complexities of endometriosis, PCOS, and other hormonal factors that make this journey far from easy. Recently, I’ve qualified for weight-loss surgery, a step I never imagined taking but one that feels necessary given the obstacles I’ve encountered.
I know firsthand the struggle of balancing career ambitions with personal wellness, especially when your body doesn’t always cooperate. But I’m learning that the hardest journeys often teach us the most—about discipline, patience, and self-compassion. Through this blog, I share the ups and downs of my health journey, from leadership strategies to navigating fitness with chronic conditions and celebrating small wins along the way.
If you’re dealing with similar struggles—whether it’s balancing work and wellness or managing the unique challenges of endometriosis and PCOS—I hope my story reminds you that progress is possible. Let’s grow and get healthier together, one step at a time.
